Our Standard Cleaning service is perfect for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and refreshed home on a recurring or as-needed basis. This service focuses on the routine cleaning tasks that keep your home looking its best and allows you to spend more time doing what you love.

Standard Cleaning services may include:

• Dusting all accessible surfaces

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms

• Wiping countertops and exterior surfaces

• Vacuuming carpets and rugs

• Sweeping and mopping hard floors

• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners

• Making beds and general tidying

• Cleaning mirrors and high-touch surfaces

Pricing & Terms

• Pricing is determined at the sole discretion of Clean by Kelcee and may be based on hourly rates, square footage, or a combination of both, depending on the size, condition, and specific needs of the home.

• Price is a non-refundable deposit and is required to secure your booking date.

• If the appointment is canceled by the client, any required deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Standard Cleaning is intended for homes in regularly maintained condition. Homes requiring excessive cleaning, heavy buildup, or additional services may be subject to additional charges or may be recommended for a Deep Cleaning service first.

• Additional services requested at the time of the appointment may result in adjusted pricing.
